I believe udon is the most delicious type of noodle. So I would like to introduce a famous Japanese udon restaurant here. First of all, Japanese food has always been very popular and welcomed by Hong Kong people, sushi bars and noodle shops can be found easily in Hong Kong .

Jika Udon belongs to the Taste of Japan Group. Cheng Wei Tao, Ricky who is the Group Managing Director. He goes on a lot of food programmes and introduces variety of Japanese restaurants. Last week, I have seen a TV advertisement produced by Jika Udon many times. I have been attracted by the advertisement on there. My classmates wanted to go Jika Udon with me. Then we had designed to have our lunch at Super Jika Udon which is located in Olympian City. However, after we finished our meal at Jika Udon, we were extremely disappointed by the taste and their service quality.

Udon superhard, Chicken is not hot enough, and the Tomato soup is too sour.

CRUMBS

CRUMBS is the most popular brand of frozen yogurt in HK, that night we arrive there about 10 o'clock, there are still many people lining up outside the shop. Then we have to wait around 10mins. Their frozen yogurt and scones is fantastic.

The frozen yogurt with their HOUSE CRUMBS and mochi is my favour match.

Their english style scones have 3 favours, and thet are raisins, chocolate and cheese. It baked in oven 10mins, when you spread it out you may feel how fluffy of it. In my opinion a cup of coffee with this scones is the best combination.

Today, I would like to intorduce a restaurant which located at Wong Chuk Hang.

This Thai Food restaurant is quite famous and it has a strong and unique taste. Last two week, I went there had a dinner with my family and celebrate my mum's birthday. We ordered some foods which are most famous, Rotee, Fried Rice with Shrimp Paste and Minced Pork, Fried Morning Glory with Garlic, and Minced meat with Shallot Chili Powder & Lime Juice. In follwing part, let me share my feeling on those food.

Fried Morning Glory with Garlic is the common dish in Hong Kong. It is perfectible where it cooks with garlic and give off an attractive smell.

 

The Rotee we ate without source and still tasty. It composed of egg and flour majorly. It has numbers of cooking methods and it is by roast. Its great smell is such attractive.

In Thai Food, they always put some vegetable in it. That make Thai Food become a healthy food such as Minced meat with Shallot Chili Powder & Lime Juice. It composed of the minced meat and uncooked vegetable, it’s not for health, especially felt the outsider is crispy, and the minced meat is good-tasting.

Well, the Fried Rice with Shrimp Paste and Minced Pork is also palatable that it contained number of seasonings, it’s especial and most recommended one.

The famous Fish Ball in Hong Kong – Shan Loon Tse Kee Fish Ball

I believe that there are a lot of Hong Kong People may hear about the name of “Fish Ball in Aberdeen”. Did everyone has taste the Fish ball in Aberdeen? And do you know which restaurant is the specialist to make this kind of food? The answer should be “Shan Loon Tse Kee Fish Ball”. Today, I’m going to introduce this restaurant to all of you as I have tried this before and taste it many times from primary school to secondary school.

Last month, I had come again and had the bowl of mixed balls, including fish balls, beef balls, and others with rice noodles. The friendly lady boss was still remembered me, the noodles was cost HKD36 for the small bowl. The soup was clear and the taste was just right - felt pretty fresh. After that, I have tried the deep-fried fish cake; it was so excellent, as the thick, hard skin was very nice. It can’t stand to taste it for next time.

However, the environment is not very well; it is because there are a lot of people and very crowd in every weekends and holidays. It is hard to find a seat inside the restaurant, and the friendly lady boss will help you find the seats if you needed.

Si Sun Fast Food & Mammy Pancake 時新快餐店 ,媽咪雞蛋仔

The hamburger in Si Sun Fast Food was famous in HK. I want to try it for a long time!

This evening, I went to there with my friends. The time was around 6:30pm, few of people was fall in line ready. Since there was no set so we would like to take out the order. And finally we had wait for almost 25mins for the order because there were lots of people!!! Anyway, we don't care about that because we understand the situation. The burger was taste good and fresh!!! There had some chopped onion in the pork sausage. I think it was much better than MC!!haha!  

the burger was hot enough, and wrap up with a plastic bag.

I had order a double chesse and pork sausage burger with egg...

      wow!!!It was very juicy and tasty!!!yummy^^











At 7:00pm, lots of people are waiting outside the restaurant!!!

And it sell the hong kong style pancake!!!You MUST try it too after taste the burger !!

We had choose the orginal flavor....

since it was cook to order, we need to wait for about 5mins...

It was crispy and soft texture, not so sweet. wonderful!
