Aji Ichiban (Japanese food)

Food review September 27th,2010

Sushi, is a Japanese dish consisting of cooked vinegared rice which is commonly topped with other ingredients, such as fish or other seafood, or put into rolls. You can easy to find a Japanese Restaurant in Hong Kong. But in “e-food”, you will discover a lot of interesting food or which was difficult to find. I finally got to me Openrice after knowing the grotesque sushi in Yuen Long.

As we were a little bit early that day around 6pm, we saw a long queue outside the restaurant. After 15minutes, we could get into Aji Ichiban and regale on those grotesque sushi. We ordered the Asian Salad, mega Salmon sushi and mega Sweet egg sushi(which costs HKD 38 each). “What a monstrous!” .The size of that sushi was really huge. I was enough after I had eaten two Mega sushi. The taste and the environment are still acceptable.
