Butter cookies!!

Home made butter cookies!!!!!!!!^^

Hi every one, This is Peggy .'Food' can be identify as various type. I love to eat and also love to cook especially in dessert. I believe that I can share my happies through the dessert. Therefore, you may not only read some information about the restaurant but also I will share some recipe in here! Today I will show you how to bake butter cookies. So, let start to see how I bake the cookie!!


First of all, you need to prepare the following ingredients:

1 lb butter
2 cups icing sugar
2 egg white
4 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whole milk powder (3 ozs)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Cooking step:
1. Cream the butter.
2. Add icing sugar, vanilla essence. Blend until milky white.

3. Add egg one at a time and blend contiuously.

4. Sift flour and milk powder. Add to butter mixture in 3 portions.

5. Prepare cookie sheet. Brush oil on the sheet. Dust flour on the sheet.
6. Use star-shaped decorator's tip to drop cookie mixture on the sheet.

7. Pre-heat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit . Bake for 15-20 minutes.

 Finished!!!!

NOW, lets bake some cookie by yourself!!!
