Old Stall in Hong Kong – Shing Heung Yuen

As we understand there were different kinds of Hong Kong Food, there are some traditional street stalls next to Soho areas next to Central (Pebble Street) and Sheung Wan, and Today I’m going to introduce one of the street stall in Central, the name which is called “Shing Heung Yeun”

All these old-styled stalls are one of the characteristics symbolize Hong Kong history.
And I have ordered a bread called”chui chui” with honey and butter, and ordered a tomato noodles with fresh beef and egg. The taste was great for the both items…
The tomato noodle was perfect. Its soup base was rich and not too sour; it’s fresher with the taste of tomato. At the same time, the beef slices were fresh and not tough. The egg was well cooked and not oily, By combining these food item, you may think that you are enjoying your lunch and have a great time for this.
